Isabel was a remarkable person and an innovative and original artist. Like her brother, my grandfather, Warwick Nicholas, a noted Zoologist, Isabel had a sharp and original mind which was evident in the life she led and the art she created. Above all, it was Isabel's mind and talent that attracted others to seek her company and in many cases influenced their work. |
